Pat Hardy is a native of San Antonio and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. She began her career in Real Estate in 1973 and obtained her Broker's license in 1975. In addition to Real Estate, Pat spent many years as a teacher in the NE School District. Most recently, she has been a Senior Account Executive in Corporate Wellness.
It was during her tenure in Corporate Wellness that Pat developed a passion for working with and helping older clients who are making lifestyle changes.
As she transitions back in Real Estate full-time, Pat will focus on helping those that are downsizing and moving to homes with less space and maintenance. In addition to the actual Real Estate transaction, Pat is prepared to bring other professionals into the business deal that can provide advice on staging homes for quick sale and helping clients settle into smaller living spaces.
If desired, Pat also has contacts with financial planners who can help guide someone through the process of deciding on mortgages or leasing options.
Pat is active with the Bexar County Medical Society and on various committees with the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society and the American Diabetes Association. She has also been actively involved in Junior League, Southwest Forum, Alamo Heights Methodist Church and other school and community organizations.
Pat is so passionate and committed to the Real Estate industry, that both of her sons have followed her into the profession. It is the same passion and commitment that Pat will bring to every transaction. As a member of the Sotheby's Real Estate community, she is committed to providing extraordinary service for all clients.
